This housing innovation is designed and developed to replace the conventional way all single dwelling homes are now constructed. The front walls of our houses are made with BuildBlock styrofoam filled with concrete. All beams for the structure are made out of steel, aluminum, or PVC. The ceiling and rear wall panels are curved, hail-proof, clear acrylic sheets. An electric sun screen system is provided for the roof and back wall. The interior structural design is to be customized as desired. The components for these prefab houses are manufactured and then delivered to the job site. Local contractors then erect the house on a prepared steel and concrete slab foundation. These contemporary houses come in 4 different sizes: 1000, 2400, 3400, and 4500 sq.ft. Our prefab components will reduce on-site labor cost and can be shipped anywhere.
